We are now trading normally, albeit with social distancing measures and procedures in place. We will arrive for all home visits wearing a face covering, and gloves.
All pattern / fabric books are cleaned in-between visits, and we are carrying out fewer visits per day to facilitate this.
All our suppliers are now up and running, although with fewer staff so lead times have been impacted, and we are quoting longer than normal delivery times. This is totally beyond everyone's control and we appreciate your understanding during these very strange times.
And don't forget we still have our full range of Ready Made Curtains, Cushions and accessories available on eBay and Amazon.

Whilst we remain closed for all Made to Measure items and the necessary appointments and home visits these entail, we now have our online shop open for Ready Made Curtains and Cushion Covers. The link for this is at the top of the page. Other items will be added. These are available for Home Delivery Only.

Having reviewed the latest information from the Government, and to protect our customers and ourselves, we are making the difficult decision to close with immediate effect, until further notice, for any new enquiries.
We will endeavour to complete all outstanding orders if possible.
Rest assured we will be back, as soon as we are able to be.

Our absolute priority is the health and wellbeing of our customers, all of their families and ourselves as we all manage our lives and business through these unprecedented times.
We are monitoring closely, and responding to the advice from the World Health Organisation and the Government.
We have introduced a wide variety of extensive measures to keep our customers and ourselves, as safe as possible. This includes hand sanitizing before and after entering customers properties, and sanitizing all sample books before each appointment.
As the situation continues to evolve and develop daily, please be assured that here at Broadland Home Interiors we are doing everything to ensure the safest possible working environment for everyone.
We will continue to offer appointments and fittings at this time, until we are directed otherwise by the Government, and for as long as our fitters are prepared to enter customers properties.
The Exception to this will be if you are Self-Isolating - any appointment will be once your period of Self Isolation has ended.
Please Note that all our manufacturers and suppliers are currently working normally at this moment, but should this change it will have an obvious impact on lead times.
